Refund Policy

Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. Altered products cannot be refunded. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

The expected timelines are as below:

*For COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

Any products purchased under Sale / Offers / discount coupons are not eligible for return. It can be exchanged or coupon code will be issued for the same product value.

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges/ COD handling charges will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel the order before it is shipped. Call us at the earliest to 99xxxx (Mon - Sat 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST)

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
