Return & Exchange Policy

Though we take utmost care while delivering the right outfit for you, we understand that sometimes the outfit might not give you 100% satisfaction.

At Majestic Bazaar, we have 14 days return and exchange policy. You have an option to return and exchange items purchased from majesticbazaar.in for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the item. Altered products cannot be returned.

Guidelines for a Valid Return and Exchange

1.  All product tags intact and in their original packaging.

2.  Product must be unused.

3.  Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Note: One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

To Return a Product Please Follow These Steps

Raise a return request by filling out our form https://majesticbazaar.in/pages/return-exchange-form and we will process your request. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep.

Failure of Product Pick-Up

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no. 99XXXXX

Exchanges

At Majestic Bazaar, we have 14 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Under Exchange Policy

1. Only size exchanges are allowed.

2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

3. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.

NOTE: WE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDING RETURN AND EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
